Dear Ones,
We think of and pray for you.
Our dear Ecuador has been and is needing prayer. Political rifts, drought, electrical and water cuts, a riot with 17 dead in prison 2 days ago,, a threatened indigenous march which invites delinquency , high unemployment, gang warfare, murders, thriving narco trafficking,… yet HE REIGNS and SEES and KNOWS. All this chaos only pushes us to reach as many souls as we can with the Life Changing words of Salvation and Hope eternal. The outlook is not good, but the upward look is great! We plan a meeting to pray over each province on the Ecuador map the beginning of January 2025.
Yesterday our dear printer who has printed for us over these last 30 years dropped off the boxes of 24, 000 pieces of literature, and 10,000 of which we are coordinating to be taken to the prison head office in the capital. (see photo of the boxes of tracts). The colourful printouts are children’s material we printed and photocopied. Called STEPS. The formation of values which the young lady in the prison office felt would be good for prison inmate families with children as well as for seniors who are imprisoned. As there are activities inside these magazines. She wishes the material to be sent to various prisons for the beginning of December.
According to the need as indicated by the lady at the prison office, we will continue printing various themes. YOUR PRAYERS FOR THIS TO BE ONGOING PLEASE:
The rest of the tracts we will be distributing at the universities and we plan to go to another province which involves a couple of nights stay.
One attached photo is of Gonzalo with his older sister. She has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and various members of Gonzalo’s family take a day in the week to accompany her so that she is not alone. Gonzalo takes every Tuesday to be with her. And when he can’t, I replace him.
We thank you for your prayers and ongoing help.
We are in need of funds for printing and a laptop. The desktop I use is VERY ancient and has had much maintenance over the years. It is over 10 years old. But thank God still ticks over!
Thank you once again,
Love Gonzalo and Jenny
